The web shows how many records each area holds, never what is in them. Your offers, shifts and zone locations in your account are readable in the app only, and private notes never leave your phone.
Export is free on every plan, including Free — it is how you take your data with you.
This saves what your account holds in the cloud: your settings, your offer history and your shifts, as one file in the same format the app writes. It has records in it only if cloud sync is on, or was on, for your account (Pro).
