The RideGrade Android app is being built to keep driving data on your device by default. This website handles the contact and issue details you choose to send for support or newsletter updates. The sections below explain those uses.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the ridegrade.app website and the RideGrade Android app. The app has its own in-app data controls (you can review, export, or delete app data on your device at any time).
What we collect on this website
- Newsletter form — if you subscribe, we receive your email address and use it only to send RideGrade updates.
- Support form — if you ask for help, we receive the contact and issue details you choose to send so we can answer your request.
- This waitlist also records the signup details described below. This site sets no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. It loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
How form data is processed
Newsletter submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.). Support requests use our configured support service. Email you send to support@ridegrade.app is delivered through our domain's email forwarding. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
About the RideGrade app
The app reads supported offer screens on your device to show you a readout. App data — offers seen, your decisions, mileage, cost inputs — stays on your device by default. You can export or delete it from the app at any time. The app never accepts, declines, or dispatches offers for you.
Your choices
- Ask us to delete a support request or unsubscribe you at any time: support@ridegrade.app
- Unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by emailing support@ridegrade.app.
- You can clear the site's local storage from your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep support requests while they are needed to answer and resolve the issue. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
RideGrade is for drivers and requires you to be old enough to hold a rideshare/delivery account (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes will be noted in update emails.

RideGrade waitlist
Waitlist notice updated October 25, 2026. When you join, we collect your email address, the wording version you agreed to, whether you used the homepage or footer form, and limited campaign labels from the link you opened. Netlify processes and stores the form submission with its submission timestamp.
We use this information to send RideGrade launch updates and occasional driver tips and to understand which signup links are useful. We do not collect a full referring URL or store campaign tracking in your browser. Joining does not create an app account or reserve access.
Resend processes your email address and subscription status to deliver a welcome email, launch updates and occasional driver tips. Unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting support@ridegrade.app. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not automatically delete the original Netlify signup record. Contact support to request deletion of signup details. We retain a minimal suppression record to honor your unsubscribe choice.
